Frozen Yogurt Bark Wreath

You can’t get more christmassy than this healthy frozen yogurt bark wreath now can you? It’s so simple to make so make sure you get the kids involved and of course you can make it in advance. Just store it in the freezer until that perfect moment over the Christmas holidays when you can’t look at another box of biscuits, then present this beautiful wreath. Then have fun smashing it up and enjoy a healthy snack with the whole family. And don’t be afraid to get creative with the type of fruit, nuts or chocolate you use. P.s. definitely not strictly for Christmas!

Ingredients

·      200g Greek Yogurt

·      3 Tbsp. Honey

·      ½ tsp. cinnamon

·      2 kiwis, peeled, sliced length ways

·      10 Strawberries, chopped

·      Handful of Pomegranate seeds 

·      Handful blueberries 

·      Or any flavours that you like

Directions

1.      Mix the yogurt, cinnamon and honey together until well combined. 

2.     Line a large baking tray (or a tray that will fit in your freezer) with parchment paper and spread the yogurt mixture in a circle. Spread the mixture out evenly.

3.     Cut out the tree shapes with a small knife.

4.     Then lightly press the toppings into the yogurt.

5.     Place the tray level in the freezer for about 2 hours or until the bark is completely frozen.

6.     Remove the tray from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in zip-locking bags.
