Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients
500g Greek Yogurt (I used natural but you can use any flavour)
3 Tbsp. Honey
Handful of Blueberries (halved)
Handful of Strawberries (sliced)
Handful of Pistachios
Handful of Dark Chocolate Chips
Or any ingredients that you like
Directions
Mix the yogurt and honey together until well combined. I do this in the yogurt pot to save on washing up.
Line a large baking tray (approx. 14” X 10”) with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture on top. Spread the mixture out evenly.
Then lightly press the strawberries, blueberries, pistachios and chocolate chips into the yogurt.
Place the tray level in the freezer for about 1hr 30min or until the bark is completely frozen.
Remove the tray from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in zip-locking bags.
